PERFORMANCE MEASURES
We track performance through a variety of indicators designed to reflect both individual outcomes and organizational effectiveness. These include satisfaction and goal achievement among the individuals we serve, Direct Support Professional (DSP) turnover rates and training completion, frequency of community integration activities, expansion of alternative funding sources, and results from audits and accreditation reviews. These benchmarks help us stay accountable and continuously improve the quality of our services.
